✅ General Posting Rules

1. Language: Ads must be written in a language that is clear and understandable. For our global site, English is preferred, though local languages are permitted in regional sections.

2. Accuracy: Titles and descriptions must accurately reflect the item or service being offered. Do not use misleading keywords to attract traffic.

3. No Duplicates: Do not post the same ad multiple times or in multiple categories. Duplicate ads will be deleted as spam.

4. Local Context: Post your ad in the correct geographic location. For example, if your property is in Kolkata, do not list it in Dubai.

5. Images: Use original, high-quality photos. Ads with clear images receive 3x more views.

   • Do not use images containing watermarks from other classified sites.

   • Do not use sexually suggestive or "clickbait" images.

6. External Links: Links to your personal website or shop are permitted in the description, but links to competing classified sites or "affiliate marketing" links are prohibited.

🚫 Prohibited Items (The "No-Go" List)

To comply with Google AdSense Policies and local laws, the following items and services are strictly prohibited on Free-Ads.org:

1. Adult & Sexually Explicit Content

• Pornography or sexually explicit images/videos.

• Escort services, "adult" massages, or dating services of a sexual nature.

2. Regulated & Illegal Substances

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or drug paraphernalia.

• Prescription medications or unverified health supplements.

• Alcohol and tobacco products (including e-cigarettes and vaping kits).

3. Weapons & Dangerous Items

• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives.

• Knives, swords, or any tactical weapons.

• Fireworks or hazardous chemicals.

4. Counterfeit & Copyright-Infringing Goods

• Fake designer brands (handbags, watches, clothes).

• Pirated software, cracked apps, or "free movie" downloads.

• Academic papers or services that facilitate cheating.

5. Scams & Deceptive Financial Offers

• "Get-rich-quick" schemes or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) opportunities.

• Cryptocurrency scams or unverified investment advice.

• Ads asking for upfront fees for "processing" or "job registration."

6. Animals & Wildlife

• Sale of endangered or protected species.

• Animals for fighting or illegal breeding.

• Wildlife parts (ivory, skins, etc.).

🏢 Category-Specific Guidelines

• Jobs: Job ads must be for legitimate, existing positions. It is strictly prohibited to charge candidates any fee for "training," "application processing," or "uniforms."

• Real Estate: Listings must be for actual available units. "Bait and switch" tactics (showing one property and selling another) are not allowed.

• Services: All service providers must be qualified. Ads for "hacking," "unlocking phones," or "manipulating electricity meters" are banned.

⚖️ Enforcement & Reporting

Our AI moderation system and human review team monitor the site 24/7. If an ad is found in violation:

1. Warning/Deletion: The ad will be removed immediately.

2. Account Ban: Repeated violations or serious fraud attempts will result in an immediate IP and email ban.

3. Legal Action: In cases of illegal activity, we cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies (including providing IP logs and contact data).
